Tacos with chili sin carne

A dish from our guest blogger Manuela: Tacos with chili sin carne. Delicious vegan, nutritious and tasty for the winter.


15 minutes

Cut the red onions fine and fry them in the olive oil. Cut the peppers into pieces and put them in the pan. Press the garlic and add it. Add the corn, beans, Roma tomatoes and pineapple after 5 minutes. Open the can of tomatoes and add the cubes, the tomato paste and the water and stir everything together. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on a low heat until some of the moisture has evaporated.

10 minutes

Heat the tacos in the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes and fill it with the bean sauce. Garnish the tacos with the arugula. Serve 2 tacos per person.
